Why do there have to be so many pop ups? It's incredibly annoying. You get between 4 and 10 pop ups every single time you open the app. Once you get into a table the game is fine, but getting there is really frustrating for no reason. I feel silly opening the app in public because the art on the pop up ads is embarrasing. I just want to play hold 'em online, I don't care about the minigames, sales, or events. The pop up ads are seriously awful, it shows no respect for the player base (customers)

Terrible game. "support" is condescending and not reliable. you can rely on having at least 10-15 pop up ads as soon as the game opens. God forbid your game crashes because you'll have to spend another 10 minutes closing ads before you can actually play the game. once you actually get in a game.....SURPRISE!!! More ads. better poker games that won't waste your time.

some good and some bad, especially when you want me to spend the slot machine 500 times, which is impossible cause it won't let you spend it a few times let alone 500 times. I run out of chips. and then why don't you have free gems to collect. I still try to enjoy playing even though it's really hard sometimes especially when I'm trying to help my team.

I've never had to x out more screens just to get to the menu to get into a game. It feels like my phone has a malware every time I try to play. Once you get passed the mess and distractions and into a game it's actually fun. Sadly I get so tired of clicking x to close boxes to get to the menu or back to the game that often times I just leave the game and do something else. It's almost like they don't actually want you to play poker. Even when you get into a game they have pop up screens...

So far it's okay. but I was asked to rate it super early, so I'm definitely going to update this after playing it for a bit.... about 1 year later or longer, upon further review I had to change it to a 2 out of 5. just because the game truly makes it super hard to accumulate money/currency for the game. it's too much grinding. maybe offer a better system to reward players who can't really put money in their games. I find myself leaving for weeks just to get enough money to play again sometimes.
